This plan primarily works on foods that have a low glycemic index and endow the body with the maximum amount of protein. The objective is to maintain the stability of the blood sugar levels, enhance the metabolism of the system, so that the fat in the body burns off swiftly. There are ‘perfect portions’ designed for every meal and the individual is allowed to eat five times a day. Since these foods are pre-packaged, the flexibility is less compared to other plans.

Jenny Craig Weight Loss Plan

Under this weight loss plan, you can plan your weekly menu in either of the two ways. One is a pre-planned menu for those who feel they need a structure for weight loss. The other one can be a menu decided by the individual depending on his budget and the food that he would prefer. In this plan, there must be a regular activity combined with the menus.

The lifestyle and the personal interests of the individual are also taken into account in this plan. The activities can be stretching workouts to cardiovascular, resistance to respiratory exercises. Support sessions with a counselor are advised for motivation and regular monitoring and guidance.

E-Diet Weight Loss Plan

This is the age of the Internet, and it is all but natural that one can resort to a weight loss plan online. Even experts agree that there cannot be a “right diet” for everyone. So, e-diets work through providing a personalised diet plan for every individual. A diet profile can be generated through the website that offers a wide array of necessary customer services as well.
